Pumpkin seed oil doesn't get much attention in skincare, which is a shame. It's one of those ingredients that quietly does excellent work while flashier oils get all the press.

What makes it special: it's packed with zinc. Not many carrier oils can say that. Zinc is the mineral your skin reaches for when it needs to heal or regulate itself. Combined with vitamin E, linoleic acid, and a surprising amount of antioxidants, pumpkin seed oil delivers real nutrition to skin that's been through it.

We use it in our Autumn Magic Tub Truffle and Autumn Magic Tub Cake because it makes sense there. Pumpkin seed oil in a pumpkin spice bath product isn't just on-theme; it's actually doing something. The oil absorbs into your skin while you soak, leaving you moisturized without that slick feeling some bath products leave behind.

The other thing we appreciate: it's lightweight. Some oils sit on top of your skin and feel heavy. Pumpkin seed oil absorbs quickly, which means it works well in products where you don't want to climb out of the tub feeling greasy. Your skin gets the nutrients; your bathtub stays clean.
