Em’z Blendz Wholesale Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Em’z Blendz Wholesale! By applying for and placing wholesale orders, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms are designed to ensure smooth, respectful partnerships with our retail stockists.

🛒 Ordering Requirements

Opening Order Minimum: $250
Reorder Minimum: $100
Product Quantities: All products must be ordered by scent in packs of 5 (e.g., 5 bars of Lavender soap, 5 Coconut lotions, etc.).

💰 Discount Structure

40% off wholesale pricing for orders between $250–$499
50% off wholesale pricing for orders $500 and up
Custom orders or private label products may have different pricing structures and require separate quotes via phone or email.

🚚 Shipping Policies

We ship from our studio in southern Oregon.
For wholesale accounts in Oregon and Washington, shipping charges will not exceed 10% of your order total.
For all other locations, shipping will be calculated based on weight, size, and distance.

⏱️ Lead Times

Most wholesale orders ship within 5–10 business days, depending on volume and product availability.
During peak seasons or for large orders, lead times may be longer—we’ll communicate clearly if delays occur.

📦 Returns, Damages, & Cancellations

We do not accept returns on wholesale orders unless items arrive damaged or defective.
If your shipment arrives with any damage, please notify us within 5 days with photos so we can file a claim and send replacements.
Orders may be canceled prior to shipping, but custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable once in production.

💳 Payment Terms

All wholesale orders are prepaid unless special terms have been arranged.
We accept all major credit cards through our secure checkout system.

🛍️ Retail Guidelines

Wholesale customers may sell Em’z Blendz products in physical storefronts or on their own websites.
Resale of our products on third-party marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, etc.) is not permitted.
We recommend using our suggested retail pricing as listed on emzblendz.com, but you are free to price within your market as long as branding is respected.

✨ Custom & Private Label

We do offer custom-scented or private label versions of our products. These may have different minimums and lead times.
