We’re Em’z Blendz — a handcrafted skincare and soap company run by people who care a lot about ingredients, vibes, and customers leaving the store happier than they walked in.

We’ve been doing this since 1998, so yes, we’re very good at it. And no, this isn’t your typical retail job where you fake smile for 6 hours and go home hating everything. We’re offering something better: Meaningful work in a beautiful space where your presence — and playlist — actually matters.

🌿 The Job:

  • Helping people find soaps that make them say “Oh my god smell this” to a stranger
  • Wrapping, labeling, trimming, and packing handmade products like the detail-obsessed, lavender-scented wizard you are
  • Making the store look so good it hurts (but in a good way)
  • Assisting with shipping orders that feel like opening a birthday present from your favorite aunt
  • Occasionally witnessing us making soaps, tub truffles, lotions, and potions in our Medford studio — and if you’re a keeper, we’ll train you to help with that magic too
  • Working in Ashland or Medford (yes, you’ll need reliable transportation and the ability to bounce between towns like the responsible adult you are)

  • You’re a kind, grounded human who likes people but doesn’t need to perform for them
  • You believe details matter — especially when it comes to labels, displays, and symmetry
  • You’re organized, dependable, and can stay focused even when you smell 20 different soaps before lunch
  • You’re okay being on your feet and lifting up to 40 lbs
  • You like learning things, taking initiative, and not being babysat
  • You appreciate natural products and maybe already have strong opinions about shea butter
