- For Your Environment: Add 3-5 drops to an essential oil diffuser or a pot of hot water to fill your space with grounding forest air.

How should I use this in my diffuser? We recommend starting with 3-5 drops in your diffuser. You can add more or less depending on the size of your room and your scent preference. Because we use only pure essential oils, a little goes a long way!
Is this safe to put directly on my skin? No. Like all pure essential oils, this blend is highly concentrated and should never be applied "neat" (undiluted) to the skin. For topical use, such as in a massage, be sure to dilute it in a carrier oil like jojoba, sweet almond, or even olive oil. A good starting ratio is 3-4 drops of the blend per teaspoon of carrier oil.
What's the best way to use this to freshen a room without a diffuser? A room spray is a great option! Add 10-15 drops to a 2oz spray bottle filled with water. Shake it very well before each use and spritz around your space. You can also put a few drops on a cotton ball and tuck it into a drawer or closet, or add a few drops to a pot of simmering water on the stove for a more potent effect.
