This is not a simple, sweet floral; it is a tribute to the entire orange tree in bloom. Our Orange Blossom Perfume Oil is a sophisticated and complex white floral experience. We blended the heady, honeyed scent of orange blossom with the greener, spicier notes of neroli, which comes from the very same flower. A heart of bitter orange zest gives the fragrance a beautiful depth and complexity. It’s the perfect fresh and uplifting scent for spring and summer days.

The orange tree gives us so many beautiful scents. There’s the sweet, honeyed blossom, but also the green, spicy neroli from the same flower, and the bright zest from the fruit. I wanted to blend all those parts together to create a fragrance that felt like you were standing in a sun-drenched orange grove. It’s a truly happy and sophisticated floral.

What is the difference between orange blossom and neroli? They come from the same flower of the bitter orange tree, but are extracted differently. Orange Blossom absolute is solvent-extracted, resulting in a deep, sweet, honeyed floral. Neroli is steam-distilled, which creates a greener, spicier, and lighter floral scent. Blending them gives a much more complex and realistic "orange grove" experience.

Is this a very sweet floral scent? While the orange blossom note has a natural sweetness, this is not an overly sweet fragrance. The addition of green neroli and the zest of bitter orange provides a beautiful balance, making it a fresh, sophisticated, and complex floral rather than a simple, sugary one.
