Cherry Bomb | Tub Truffle

A cherry bomb for the bathtub: loud, pink, glittered, and named after the only song that fits.

It's a cherry. Mostly. Round, glitter-dusted, cherry red, with a little green stem on top that's selling the whole bit. It smells like cherry too, the bright candy kind, the maraschino-on-top-of-the-sundae kind, with nothing subtle or grown-up about it. Subtlety was never the assignment.

Drop it in and it goes off the way our tub truffles do: fizzing first, then foaming into a soft, milky water that leaves skin feeling looked-after instead of stripped. Grape seed, sweet almond, and apricot kernel oils do that part quietly while the cherry and the glitter make all the noise. Pull the green stem before it hits the water. It's a bread tie in a costume, so keep it, seal a chip bag with it, feel weirdly accomplished.

One per bath. It's a lot, and it knows it.
