I loved the smell but it is so subtle it left me a little frustrated for a more robust scent. The soap is expertly made and leaves the skin feeling clean and fresh.
The sample jars are great for travel as well as letting you try other scents. I discovered the lavender and had to go back for the bigger size thanks to the samples.
This scrub leaves the skin silky smooth and the peppermint leaves a pleasant tingle on the skin. Wonderfully made.

Clean yet silky is exactly what the two clays are doing, Brazilian purple and pink kaolin pull the day off your skin without taking its moisture along. The scent is a real essential oil blend, frankincense, geranium, and cypress leading it, so smells great comes honestly. And your mom is getting a good one. 😁
My go to soap. In a dry climate it is hard to find soap that doesn't dry out my skin.
Michelle, a go to earned in a dry climate is earned the hard way. This bar was built to be our deepest-moisture soap: a gentle olive oil base loaded with three dense butters, avocado, cocoa, and shea, then superfatted so a share of those butters stays behind on your skin after the rinse. Just as important is what is not in it: no fragrance, no essential oils, nothing that asks anything of thirsty skin. Emily first made it for her own babies, and dry-climate skin deserves the same care. Dry air takes enough. Your soap should not be helping it.

Donna, a soap pulling scent duty from the bathroom shelf before it ever touches water sounds exactly right to us. What you are smelling is nothing but pure rosemary and sage essential oils, and the wait is working in your favor too: cold process bars harden as they sit, so yours will last even longer once it hits the shower. Real ground rosemary inside, whenever you get there.

Donna, that scent is the real thing, lemon verbena essential oil with pure lemon behind it, nothing synthetic anywhere in the bar. There are actual calendula petals folded through it too, a little surprise waiting for whenever it trades the shelf for the shower. No rush; it is clearly earning its keep where it is.

Donna, what that bar is filling your bathroom with is pink grapefruit, fresh ginger, lemongrass, and a touch of cinnamon, every one of them a pure essential oil. Real turmeric root and calendula are in there too, waiting for water. Your nose picked a good one to keep out in the open.
This scent is incredible! I use it for EVERYTHING in my home. I have elderly cats that would puke after I cleaned with harsh cleansers, not anymore! This is a blessing for me and my four legged friends. I use it as prewash for tough stains, for floor cleaner and everything in between.
Brandy, a blessing for the four-legged crowd might be the highest bar a home cleaner can clear, and we will take that gladly. The scent you love is lavender, eucalyptus, and tea tree, real essential oils and nothing synthetic behind them. And prewash to floors and everything in between is a bigger job list than the bottle even claims, so thank you for finding out for us.
Great for sensitive skin.
Anita, coming from sensitive skin, that is a real compliment. A lot of the gentleness is what we leave out: no synthetic fragrance anywhere in the bottle, just a light blend of pure essential oils. The rest is the base, organic aloe juice with apricot kernel and evening primrose oils, light enough to sink in without asking your skin to put up with anything. Giving skin what it needs and nothing it doesn't is the whole idea here.
