INGREDIENTS

saponified oils of olive, coconut, palm (sustainably sourced), shea butter, essential oils: spruce, pine, and fir, phthalate-free fragrance, sage, zinc oxide.

Is the pine scent overpowering? No. It's crisp and refreshing, not air freshener intense. We blend spruce, pine, and fir essential oils with a touch of sage, so you get authentic forest without the chemical sharpness. It wakes you up in the shower but doesn't linger aggressively on skin.

Is the exfoliation too rough? The ground sage leaves are finely milled, so it's a gentle scrub, not sandpaper. You'll feel texture as you lather, enough to slough off dead skin without irritation. Most people find it invigorating rather than harsh.

Is this good for sensitive skin? The zinc oxide actually helps soothe reactive skin, and our superfatted formula means extra oils stay in the bar to moisturize rather than strip. That said, if your skin is extremely sensitive, the light exfoliation might not be for you. The ground sage is gentle, but it's still there.
